Thank you for joining The Trade Growth Guys. These Terms of Service explain how our service works, what you can expect from us, and what we need from you so we can get you great results. By making your first payment, you agree to these terms. Everything here is written to be fair, clear and easy to follow. If anything feels confusing at any time, just ask and we will help explain it to you.
2. What Your Plan Includes
Your plan includes the parts of The Trade Growth Guys System we agreed when you joined. This may include:
Google Business Profile setup and management.
Weekly Google updates (when information is supplied).
Trade Grow App (CRM, pipelines, tags, messages, automations).
Website build (if included in your plan).
Ongoing updates, improvements and best practices.
Support.
Extra training videos and tools added over time when needed.
We update and improve our tools often. You get new features and upgrades at no extra cost.
Your plan may include all or some of the above.
3. How Work Starts
Work begins as soon as your payment is made. We allocate team time, create your accounts and begin setup straight away. Because of this, payments are non-refundable. We start researching your trade, location and competition straight away but we also need your onboarding forms completed and the correct access details added. Delays in sending forms, photos or access will delay your results and will not constitute grounds for a refund. As we only have limited capacity due to being a small team, we often need to turn down clients if all available client spaces have already been allocated. We appreciate your understanding. Any voluntary reversal of payments due to special circumstances decided on by The Trade Growth Guys will incur the relevant payment provider fees based on the amount reversed and a £100 administration fee.
4. Your Responsibilities
To get the best results we need your help with a few simple things:
Add us to your Google Business Profile.
Send weekly photos and update information of jobs or business activity.
Use the Trade Grow App to track all leads and jobs unless discussed otherwise on your recorded initial call.
Follow up with your leads within 24 hours.
Give us access to your domain within 7 days of request.
Reply to our messages within 48 hours Monday to Friday.
Keep your subscription active.
Follow the steps we ask for when needed.
You will not grant permission to any other person to manage your website or Google Business Profile without our consent.
If we do not have what we need, your results may slow down and some parts of your guarantee may not apply.
5. Our Responsibilities
We promise to:
Keep your tools updated and running well.
Make weekly Google updates when information is supplied.
Reply to messages within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If we receive a message that takes us into the weekend or at the weekend we may reply if possible. Otherwise we will reply the following Monday.
Deliver your first website draft within 4 weeks of receiving your website information form.
Help you understand the app and tools we provide.
Support you in growing your business.
We take pride in helping you win more work.
6. What's Not Included
Your plan does not include:
We can provide paid ads management as an additional service if required.
Daily social posting or engagement.
Lead follow up.
Review replies unless you opt into our optional AI tools.
Photography or video work unless separately agreed.
Website work outside your agreed plan.
Support for websites not managed by us unless agreed.
Extra services can be added at any time.
7. Changes To Your Plan
We regularly improve our tools and systems. We may add features or improve parts of the service. We will not remove anything promised during your paid subscription period.
8. Website Build Process
If your plan includes a website:
Website planning and framework development starts immediately.
We can only continue and finish your website once we receive your completed website form.
First website draft arrives within 4 weeks of receiving your completed form.
First draft does not mean final website.
Revisions shape the final version.
Missing content or delayed responses beyond agreed timeframes will delay the build.
We will work closely with you to get your website completed smoothly.
8a. Website Handover & Final Edits Process
Once we notify you that your website is ready it enters final review and launch stage. You have 7 days to review the website from the date it is sent. You must submit all final changes together in one message or document. You are entitled to one full round of edits included within your service. If edits from your submitted list are missed they will be corrected. Once the included edits have been completed:
Any additional or new edit requests will be charged at £100 per round.
This applies even if only one additional amendment is requested.
This charge applies after the 7 day review period or after the first included edits round has been completed.
This process exists to keep projects efficient and ensure websites launch without unnecessary delays.
Extended revisions can prevent websites launching and delivering results.
If the website does not go live before 6 weeks from the date your website information form was submitted due to delays caused by editing phases or delayed responses, the 12 month guarantee period pauses and restarts once the website launches.
9. Google Business Profile Rules
To manage your Google Business Profile correctly:
You must add us as managers.
Weekly updates depend on the information you provide.
If no photos, videos or information are supplied we cannot update your profile.
You must not allow another company to manage your Google profile during your plan with us.
Google results take time and rely on ongoing activity from both sides.
We will guide you on best practice.
10. Payment & Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each quarter or year depending on your chosen plan.
If a bespoke plan was agreed, the equivalent annual amount must be paid for guarantees to apply.
Quarterly payments cover quarterly service only.
Multiple quarterly payments do not automatically create annual eligibility unless formally upgraded.
Payments must be made on time.
Services may pause if payments fail.
Payments are non-refundable.
If communication stops and payments continuously fail, subscriptions may be cancelled and no refunds will be due.
11. Your 12 Month Guarantee
We want your business to grow!
If the work you win is less than double what you pay us over 12 months we will continue working with you free of charge until it reaches that level.
To keep your guarantee active you must:
Make payments on time.
Use Trade Grow App to track every lead and job (unless otherwise agreed)
Send weekly Google updates and photos.
Give domain access within 7 days.
Reply within 48 hours to any messages we send you using any form of communication.
Keep your subscription active for 12 months.
Not allow third parties to change your Google profile, website or CRM.
Follow up leads within 12 hours.
Provide job information and testimonials when requested.
Log job values within Trade Grow App.
Follow important advice given by us.
Guarantee pauses if work pauses or you cannot take on jobs.

12. Fair Use Of Trade Grow App
You agree to use the app fairly and responsibly.
This includes:
No spam.
No misuse of SMS or email tools.
Correct customer consent procedures.
We will notify you if changes are required.
13. Holidays, Pausing & Downtime
If you take holidays, stop accepting work or pause activity:
Google updates pause.
Results may slow.
Guarantee pauses and restarts once activity resumes.
Please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
14. Data, Privacy & Security
We follow applicable UK and Cyprus data protection requirements.
We keep your information secure and only use it to deliver your service.
We do not sell your information.
We only share information where legally required.
You remain responsible for protecting passwords and login details.
15. Ending The Service
You may cancel before your next renewal period.
Once cancelled:
Trade Grow App access ends.
Managed services stop.
Past payments remain non-refundable.
Guarantees end.
16. Liability & Limits
We always aim to help your business grow.
Results also depend on your follow up, communication, actions and participation.
We are not responsible for losses caused by:
Missing information.
Delayed replies.
Third party actions.
Market changes.
Business decisions outside our control.
17. Governing Law
These Terms operate under the laws of England and Wales.
18. VAT & Company Information
The Trade Growth Guys is operated by Braveris Global Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus.
As Braveris Global Ltd is established outside the United Kingdom, we do not currently charge UK VAT to UK customers.
Should tax regulations change in future, or VAT becomes applicable to your services, we reserve the right to update pricing structures and these Terms of Service.
